Comprising two independent units, this dwelling occupies a strategic position: offering panoramic sea views, it is just a 5-minute stroll from the 'Specchio di Venere' lake, a few steps from the Katthibugal beach, and only 4km from Pantelleria’s town centre. The Katthibugal district is ideally situated on the north-eastern coast of the island.
The two dammusi forming the estate are adjacent yet entirely independent: each features its own private entrance, dedicated parking area, and a traditional 'cannucciato' shaded terrace.
